| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于模糊神经网络的方法对汽车车牌字符进行识别.该方法首先基于Rough Sets.思想获取初始规则和训练集,基于图像识别目标确定网络结构,通过神经网络的学习算法对网络进行优化.然后根据图像识别的模糊特性,利用模糊神经网络对汽车车牌进行精确的识别.实验结果证明该算法比常规识别算法识别率更高.

| Abstract: | This paper proposes a new method of recognition vechile-license-plate baseg on Fuzzy Neural Network.The method acquires original fuzzy rules based on Rough Sets at first,determination network structure based on image recognition aim,and optimizing through Fuzzy Neural Network arithmetic adjusted network structure. Based on fuzzy of image recognition,image of vechile-license-plate is recognized through Fuzzy Neural Network.Experimental results testify effectiveness of the algorithm. |
