舞阳27t大扁锭相关技术的优化设计

摘    要:通过对鞍山钢铁学院与舞阳钢铁公司合作设计的27 t 大扁锭生产实践的分析,探讨了大于120 mm 板探伤不合格的原因,提出了采用双水口技术、保温帽优化设计、钢锭模内吹氩及提高钢水质量等四个方面的措施,以期完善27 t 大扁锭工艺的优化设计。

Abstract:Base on the analysis of the 27 t big slab in practice,which has been designed by Anshan Institute of I.&S.and Wuyang I.& S.company.The reason why the heavy steel plate more than 120 mm thcik,is notup to the standard in flaw detection has been studide.Four measures that there should be double run-ners,two-hots,qualification of the heat and Ar blown under the ingot have been proposed.It will im-prove the design of 27 t big slab.
