风机振动信号的小波阈值降噪处理

摘    要:针对现场采集到的风机振动信号中存在大量噪声问题,采用不同的小波和阈值组合对仿真信号进行降噪处理,得出db8小波和heursure阈值选取方法可以得到最优的降噪性能.并将该方法应用于风机实际振动信号的降噪处理.结果表明,采用db8小波和heursure阈值选取方法的降噪组合,不仅能够有效降低信号中的噪声成分,还很大限度的保持了原信号的故障特征.

Abstract:In view of the existence of a large number of noises in fan vibration signals, the simulation signal is de-noised by using different combinations of wavelet and threshold.The combination of db8 wavelet and heur- sure threshold is the best.The best combination is applied to the fan vibration signal processing. The results show that, using the combination of db8 wavelet and heursure threshold, it not only can effectively reduce the noise components in the signal, but also greatly keep the fault characteristics of the original signal.
