| Abstract: | Jin Wengong was the one of the five powerful chiefs of the princes in the Spring and Autumn Peri- od. From the prince to the powerful chief, his exile experience made him to know the true meaning of life. Af- ter that period, he realized that governing the country needs wisdom, and strong country needs management. He made domestic reform, reorganized the army and strengthened the military power, stablied social environ- ment, allianced with royal family, and made good use of talents. All his management thought set people think- ing. |
