高碳钢小方坯絮流原因及解决措施

摘    要:为了解决某钢厂高碳钢小方坯浸入式水口的絮流物堵塞问题,对现场进行了检验分析.结果表明,絮流物是铝镁尖晶石类的Mg和Al复合物.针对此情况排查工艺分析,采取严控使用含Al大罐、延长LF弱吹氩时间及适当减少转炉炉后硅铁的使用量来防止合金大量带Al等措施,使高碳钢小方坯的絮流情况消失,浇铸顺利,质量稳定.

Reasons and countermeasures of high carbon steel billet turbulent flow

Abstract:The turbulent flow of small high carbon steel billet of submerged nozzle is tested and analyzed. The results show that the turbulent flow content is Mg and A1 composites of magnesium aluminium spinel class. Some countermeasures are adopted, including taking strict controls using AI pitcher, extending the time of LF weak blowing argon and decreasing the usage of ferrosilicon appropriately to prevent a large number of AI al- loy, it will make the flocculant flow situation of small high carbon steel billet disappear, casting successful and achieve a stable quality.
