| 摘 要： | 介绍可编程序控制器在 12 0t单点双动拉伸压力机控制系统中的应用 .根据系统的功能要求 ,完成对PLC的选型以及I/O点的分配 ,通过硬件及软件的设计完成对机器的行程及滑块调整的手动与自动控制 .由PLC对 12 0t单点双动拉伸压力机的控制使得机器运行可靠 ,维修方便

| Abstract: | It is introduced the application of programmable logic controller(PLC) in the integerted control system of the 120t single point double action drawing press. According to the acquirement of the system, accomplish selection the type of PLC and I/O points. By designing the construction of hardware and software, it can accomplish manual and automatic control for adjustment of slider trip. Because of the control of PLC, it made the machine run safely and easy to be repaired. |
