汽车压缩天然气液体加热器控制仪的研制

摘    要:在系统分析以天然气为能源的汽车液体加热器工作过程的基础上,提出了汽车压缩天然气(CNG)液体加热器控制仪的主要功能和技术指标。采用具有ARM7内核的LPC2119嵌入式控制器作为控制仪的控制核心,运用模糊控制方法自动调节汽车厢体温度,同时对车厢温度、出水温度、气体泄漏、火焰状况和电源电压等参数进行监测。介绍了控制仪的工作原理、硬件构成和系统软件设计。样机试验表明:控制仪控制下的加热器运行稳定可靠,整机性价比高,排放低,与原机相比,运行费用降低约45%。

Abstract:Through analyzing the operation of CNG-fired water heater, the main function and technical specifications of the controller are presented. The MCU LPC2119 with ARM7 core is selected as main controller. Fuzzy control method is adopted to adjust the temperature of passenger carton. The parameters such as carton temperature, outlet water temperature, gas leaking, fire status and power supply voltagec could be supervised. The operation principle, hardware constitution and system software of heater controller are introduced. The application results indicate that the water heater with controller has high reliability and less emission, its running cost is decreased by about 45% compared with the original heater. 2 tabs, 4 figs, 8 refs.
