| 摘 要： | 目前MIS系统开发已有比较成熟的工程化的方法，但是仍然不能保证其一定开发成功，还需要有完善的项目管理方法来保证。对项目管理中所要处理的关系及经常遇到的问题进行了讨论，希望能对项目管理人员及系统开发人员有所帮助。
