| 摘 要： | 推动三峡库区农村移民市民化进程,一要发挥政府在三峡库区城镇化过程中农民市民化的主导作用;二要发挥社会力量和非政府组织在农民市民化中的支撑作用;三要大力发展绿色环保工业和第三产业,使之成为农村移民市民化的有效载体;四要引导移民加强学习,增强其在市民化过程中的自动性.
