以人为本:关于图书馆员与读者关系的再思考——兼论"读者第一"和"图书馆员第一"

目前,图书馆界存在着“读者第一”和“图书馆员第一”两种观点的争论,其实它们完全可以在以人为本的前提下统一起来,即在思想方法上将图书馆员和读者整合为一个整体“人”,实施人文关怀;当与社会分工相联系时,再将人分解成图书馆员和读者,他们在以人为本前提下遵循不同的角色规范。

Human-oriented Rethinking of the Relationship between Readers and Librarians——A Discussion about "Readers First" or "Librarians First"

Starting with two views of "Readers First" and "Librarians First",the essay points out if libraries want to form a human-oriented thought,they should integrate librarians and readers as a whole-person,and implement human-oriented care,when connected with social division of labour,the whole-person should be divided into readers and librarians,adapt to the code for different roles under the human-oriented principle.
