| 摘 要： | 当前农村基层文化处于新旧交替的"青黄不接"时期,传统文化活动的地位遭到削弱,先进文化则仍游离于农民的文化生活之外。在这种情况下,加强农村文化建设,一方面要继续发挥传统文化活动在满足农民文化生活方面的重要作用,加大保护传统文化的力度;另一方面,要在农村创建一个平台,使先进文化在传统文化的外壳下,以农民喜闻乐见的方式扎根农村,使农村文化得以发展。
