| Abstract: | Summary In the mini pig, acetylcholine reduced the coronary blood flow and constricted the large coronary artery. These effects were abolished by atropine, but not by phentolamine, suggesting that cholinergic mechanisms may be involved in coronary artery vasoconstriction. |
