| 摘 要： | 本文以高校体育是高校教育的组成部分做为基点，高校体育改革必须从教育改革人手为根据．从教育发展的走向对高校体育的培养目标、知识更新、内容改革、方法转变等若干方面进行了理论上的探索，以求为高校体育改革提供一条新的思路．
