翠馨苑小区地基处理

通过对几种地基处理方案约分析比较，翠馨苑小区最终采纳了以石粉田填为主的地基处理方案。石粉成分以长石和石英为主，是一种化学稳定性好、抗风化能力强、无腐蚀、易夯实的材料。用石粉做垫层进行地基处理，加大了上覆非液化土层厚度，使处理后的地基可不考虑液化影响，强度高、压缩性低、消耗上部附加能力强，就地取材、造价低、施工方便，既满足了设计要求，又经济合理。

Ground Treatment of Cuixinyuan Residential Quarters

This paper introduces ground treatment scheme of Cuixinyuan residential quarters. The site of Cuixinyuan is secondary fluidity. Analyzing and comparing several schemes of ground treatment in the design stage, we accepted the scheme of the stone powder padding. The main composition of the stone powder is quartz and feldspar. It is a material of chemistry capability steady, weatherproof ability stronger, without corrupt and tamed easily. The ground treated by using stone powder padding increases the thickness of the covered non-fluidify layer, has characteristics of non-fluidify, higher intensity, lower compressibility, lower cost, using local materials, construction convenience, economy and reasonableness and so on.
