| Abstract: | The English title-style language is succinct in writiung, applied in public signs, titles of ar- ticles and news reports, some practical writings such as private telegrams, notes, diary, directions for use, most of which are mainly composed of noun phrases, noun clauses, or constructions analogous to nouns, with closed-class words omitted. These writings are of both common and special features in structure, tense and aspect, and even in capitalization. |
