平面凸轮的计算机辅助测量

摘    要:凸轮是复杂的精密机械零件,不管是采用先进的数控加工时的首件检验还是普遍加工时的检验,利用常规检验工具和仪器测量凸轮有关尺寸和参数,工艺计算复杂,测量效率低,对于精密凸轮,测量精密度也往往达不到要求。本文介绍利用微机型工具显微镜对凸轮轮廓采样,计算机按程序自动进行工艺计算和数据处理,打印输出(或显示)凸轮的有关尺寸和参数,实现了凸轮的计算机辅助测量,大大提高了凸轮的测量效率和精度。

Abstract:Cam is a mechanical pan with complexity and precision. In checking parts machined by the conventional method or the first part machined by the numerical control methed, or when using the standardized measuring tool and instrument to measure the relative size and parameters of a cam, there may appear such problems as those of the complex technique calculation, or unexpected measurement efficiency. Especially, the measurement accuracy of the precision cam may not usually be obtained by the above mentioned method. In this paper, some work will be introduced, such as sampling the contour of a cam by using the multi function tool microscope with a computer. The computer will automatically execute the technique calculation and data processing, and output the size and parameters of cam. This greatly improves the measurement effciency and accuracy of cam.
