厦门蚊虫染色体研究

摘    要:分析了厦门地区常见的三种蚊虫─—迷走库虫(Culexvagansi)、白纹伊蚊(Aedesal-bopictus)和雷氏按蚊(Anopheleslesteri)染色体核型,三种蚊虫的染色体二倍体数都是2n=6,迷走库蚊与白纹伊蚊的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号染色体全部都是中部着丝粒,而雷氏按蚊的Ⅰ号染色体为亚中部着丝粒,Ⅱ号与Ⅲ号染色体为中部着丝粒。从核型分析来看,白纹伊蚊的染色体最长大,迷走库蚊次之,雷氏按蚊最短小

Abstract:The chromosome karyotypes of three species of common mosquitoes,namely Culex vagans,Aedes albopicyus and Anopheles lesteri from Xiamen,South China. arereported.The chromosome karyotype of Culex vagans is reported for the first time in China.It was found that the chromosomal diploid numbers of those mosquitoes were 2n=6. Thefirst,second and third pairs of chromosomes of both Culx vagans and Aedes alfopictus arefound to be metacetric chromosome,while the first one of Anopheles lesteri is submetacentricchromosome,and the second and the third are metacentric chromosome. As mentioned above,it may be concluded that the chromosome of Aedes albopictus are the longest and biggest,theCulex vagans come to the second,while Anopheles lesteri is the shortest and smallest.
