真空触发开关性能指标及开断特性的试验研究

摘    要:针对脉冲高频电流的情况分析了真空触发开关的性能指标以及影响因素,同时用电流过零前电流的下降速率与恢复电压的上升速率的乘积作为开断能力的衡量指标,进行了触发开关电流开断能力的试验研究,并对试验结果进行了讨论.研究表明,触发间隙的材料与结构、主间隙电极结构与材料、电流过零前电流的下降速率与恢复电压的上升速率、以及介质恢复强度等是影响真空触发开关开断能力的主要因素,在所定义开断能力衡量指标的条件下,真空触发开关的分断能力随电流频率的提高而增加.

Abstract:In the pulsed power applications there are special needs for triggered vacuum switch under different working conditions. The specifications of triggered vacuum switch were analyzed and the factors affecting characteristic specifications of the TVS described, based on high-frequency-pulsed current. The experiments on the current breaking capacity of the TVS were carried out by using the definitions such as the amplitude of the rising rate of transient recovery voltage multiplied by slopping rate of pre-current zero. The performances of TVS are material and construct of triggering electrodes, material and construct of main contacting electrodes, the rising rate of transient recovery and the slopping rate of pre-current zero.
