| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对安徽省高校在读研究生休闲体育现状进行了研究,提出了初步对策.研究结果显示安徽省高校在读硕士研究生休闲体育存在以下特点:经常参加体育锻炼的项目呈现多元化且以球类居多；在球类运动中,又以网、羽、乒“三小球”为主；其休闲体育方式、项目的选择及消费水平存在非常明显的性别差异；锻炼场地以学校运动场为主,调查发现学校现有的体育场地设施不能完全满足在读研究生休闲体育的需求.

| Abstract: | By employing previous literature,questionnaires,interviews,statistics etc,the author studies the status quo of recreational sports in the colleges and universities of Anhui Province and puts forward tentative countermeasures.It is shown by the results of the study that postgraduates’ recreational sports in the province are characterized by the following.Firstly,the sports frequently played are plural and oriented towards ball games.Secondly,among ball games,stress is put on tennis,badminton and table tennis.Thirdly,there are obvious discrepancies between the two sexes in terms of what to play,how to play and how much to pay.Fourthly,the playing areas are mainly playgrounds in the college or university.Besides,it’s found out that the present sports facilities are not in keeping with postgraduates’ needs for recreation. |
