无患子果皮皂苷提取工艺研究

摘    要:利用索氏提取法以丙酮为提取剂从无患子果皮中提取皂苷.选定丙酮溶液浓度、提取时间、提取温度、固液比作为单因素考察对象,以皂苷提取率为指标.采用4因素3水平进行正交设计并通过实验得出以丙酮为溶剂提取无患子果皮皂苷工艺的最优方案.试验结果表明:丙酮浓度80%、提取时间90 min、温度85℃、固液比3∶10的工艺条件下,无患子果皮皂苷得率为5.77%,经过平行验证试验得出无患子皂苷提取率为5.72%,误差为0.867%.

The extraction technology of saponins from the soapberry pericarp

Abstract:This research used the method of Soxhlet extraction with acetone as the solvent from the soapberry pericarp to extract saponins. The concentration of acetone solution, extraction time, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio were selected as the single-factor study objects, and the extraction rate of saponins was taken as the index. Four factors and three levels were used to carry out the orthogonal design, and the optimum process of extracting saponins from the soapberry pericarp by using acetone as the solvent was obtained. The results showed that under the conditions of the acetone concentration of 80%, the extraction time of 90 min, the temperature of 85 ℃ and the solid-liquid ratio of 3∶10, the yield of saponins from the soapberry pericarp was 5.77%. A parallel validation test showed that the extraction rate of saponins from the soapberry pericarp was 5.72%, and the error was 0.867%.
