光伏发电及其所处电力系统可靠性评估研究进展

摘    要:对光伏发电可靠性建模中辐照度模型、环境温度模型、光伏元件的随机停运模型等内容进行综述;对现有光伏发电及其所处电力系统可靠性评估方法及可靠性指标进行总结;综述了光伏发电对配电网及发电系统的影响,指出增加储能装置、风光互补发电、风光储组合运行是提高光伏发电及其所处电力系统可靠性的3种方法;最后对光伏发电及其所处电力系统可靠性评估的未来研究趋势做出展望.

Research progress on photovoltaic power generation and reliability assessment of its power system

Abstract:The irradiance model, the ambient temperature model, and the random outage model of photovoltaic components are reviewed in the reliability modeling of photovoltaic power generation. The existing photovoltaic power generation and its reliability assessment methods and reliability indicators are summarized. The effects of photovoltaic power generation on the distribution network and power generation system are reviewed. It is pointed out that more energy storage devices, wind-solar hybrid power generation and wind-light storage technology are three methods to improve the reliability of photovoltaic power generation and its power system. Finally, the paper predicts the future research trends concerning photovoltaic power generation and the assessment of its reliability in the power systems.
