| 摘 要： | 面临日益趋紧的资源环境瓶颈制约．向低碳经济转型已成为宁波经济发展的大趋势。文章从社会公众的角度，通过社会调查的方法和科学的碳排放量的核算方法，描述宁波市低碳经济建设的社会公众基础，使政府能够发现区域低碳经济发展过程的重点、难点，潜力和方向，从而为政府实现低碳经济发展目标提供有效的管理工具。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon economy is the main trend in development nowadays.Developing the low-carbon economy has become an important strategic choice to realize economic and environmental sustainable development.This article described the current situation of the public foundation of low-carbon economy development in Ningbo city and gave corresponding suggestions.During this study,questionnaire survey method was used to collect data,and 330 people from three districts of Ningbo were considered as the cases for study. |
