Some Ideas about Improving Working Styles by Party Leaders

Recently some problems exist in the working attitudes,spirits,styles,methods and efficiency of the Party leaders.The major causes for these problems are not enough Party spirit accomplishments,distemperedness of cadre selection system,weak education for cadres and deficient supervision over performance.Therefore,such measures as enhancing Party spirit accomplishments,carrying the working style of the Soviet cadres,strengthening the cadre education,perfecting the cadre selection system and emphasizing the supervision over cadres should be taken so as to facilitate the improvement on the working styles by the Party leaders.
