我国现行教育督导机构设置中的问题及对策

我国现行教育督导机构在设置中存在独立性差、行政级别低、权力来源缺乏法律依据、单位性质不统一等问题,并由此衍生出许多其他问题。要解决这些问题,必须尽快完善教育督导制度的立法工作,从法律上明确规定教育督导的组织结构、机构性质、领导隶属关系等内容。在未出台新的教育督导法规之前,教育督导机构要"借壳上市",主动争取人大、审计、监察等部门对教育督导机构的支持,解决目前教育督导机构存在的权力缺失与职责赋有之间的矛盾。
