热处理对聚丙烯结晶度及力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究不同热处理温度和热处理时间对聚丙烯结晶度和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随热处理温度提高,结晶度呈上升趋势,随热处理时间延长,结晶度增加并趋于稳定,但过长的热处理时间对结晶度的增加没有太大的作用;热处理温度的提高及热处理时间延长会使冲击强度下降,使断裂伸长率下降,拉伸强度、屈服强度和弹性模量提高。

Abstract:The effect of deferent hca treatment temperature or time on crystalihity and mechanical properties of PP were studied in this article. It was showed that the crystallinity increase with the increase of heat treatmen temperature, and it will also increase and tends towards stabilization progressively with the extension of heat treatmen time. The result will make the notch impact strength decrease, elongaton at rupeture also decrease and the tensile strength, yield Strength, elastic modulus will go up.
