| 摘 要： | 从１９９３年３月～１９９６年２月完成白内障囊外摘除与后房型人工晶体植入术患者１４５例（１７０眼）随访８５眼，随访时间为术后２周至１２个月，矫正视力达１．０及以上者２１眼占２４．７１％，０．５以上者７８眼占９１．７６％，术后并发症包括角膜水肿（８０％）虹膜炎症（３８．８２％）前房出血（４．７１％）晶体表面色素沉着（３５．２９％）和后囊混浊（２７．６５％）。讨论了术后并发症的部分原因及处理，临床实践，

| Abstract: | cases (170 eyes) of extracapsular cataract extraction with posteriorchamber intraocular lens implantation were performed from March 1992 to February 1996. 85 eyes were followed up 2 to 12 months.21 eyes (24.71%) achieved corrected visual acuity 1.0 or better and 78(91.86%) achieved a corrected visual acuity 0.5 or better.Complicatins included corneal edema(80%),iris inflammatin (38.82%),hyphema(4.71%),precipitates on the intraocular lens(35.29%) and opacification of the posterior capsule(27.65%).Part of the causes and management of postoperative complication have been discussed.In conclusion,extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective for the patient to restore his good vision. |
