| Abstract: | This paper expounds the feasibility and necessity of undertaking the investment control by the supervision units, and points out that the scientificalness of the investment control must leak completely through the working contents of the quality and schedule controls, and the supervision units should grasp the developing opportunities under the market economy, strengthen and perfect the professional organization, and receive the challenges at the same time of striving for the opportunities, and realize the all-round service. |
