量子点中的边界效应

摘    要:首先拓展了标准量子统计热力学方法,获得了带有边界修正的二维和三维费米气体的统计热力学量的低温高密展开式.利用所得到的普遍结果讨论了影响量子点系统边界效应的几个主要因素,并简要计算了实际低温量子点系统的边界效应.结论可作为量子点系统热力学性质研究的理论依据.

Abstract:The low-temperature and high-density expansions of statistical thermodynamic quantities both for two-and three-dimensional Fermi gases with boundary modifications were obtained by generalizing the standard approach of quantum statistical thermodynamics.Based on the results,several factors which influence the boundary effects on quantum-dot systems were discussed.Boundary effects on practical low-temperature quantum-dot systems were calculated briefly.The results may provide theoretical hasis for researches of thermodynamical properties in quantum-dot systems.
