抗中毒载体催化传感器的研究

摘    要:分析了栽体催化传感器H2S中毒失活的本质以及抗H2S中毒的常用方法。通过实验,发现了栽体催化传感器H2S中毒的规律,提出了栽体催化传感器抗H2S中毒的3种策略:即在栽体中加入适量抗毒稳定剂;在不使传感器发生热激活前提下,适当提高传感器的工作温度,破坏元件中毒的物理条件;严酷条件下的老化和预中毒。研制出了高性能的抗H2S中毒的栽体催化传感器。

Abstract:The principles of sulfur poisoning of the pelhstors and the general method of anti-poisoning were discussed. The rules of sulfur poisoning were worked out through realistic experiments. Three ways of anti-poisoning were developed: use some metal oxide to stabilize the catalyst; increase the temperature appropriately to destroy the physical condition of poisoning; age the pellistor under rude condition. High quality anti-poisoning pellistor was thus developed.
