顺序浇注成型制品熔接强度预测研究

摘    要:为了预测顺序浇注成型条件下制品的熔接强度,本文对传统的熔接线强度预测模型进行了修正,该模型采用Sanchez-Lacombe晶格理论来求扩散动力即自由能差,综合考虑熔接处温度和压力分布对粘结度的影响,并结合数值模拟技术来预测熔接线出现在不同位置时的熔接强度.预测结果与实际的顺序浇注成型熔接强度变化规律吻合良好,为合理利用顺序浇注成型工艺控制熔接线出现在指定位置提供了理论依据.

Abstract:In order to improve performance prediction of weldline strength of sequential injection molding parts, a modified mathematical model is developed based on traditional prediction model of weldline strength. In the model, the free energy difference, which is the motive power of diffusion at the interface of two melt fronts, can be calculated by applying Sanchez-Lacombe Lattice Theory. Furthermore, the degree of bonding effected by factors such as temperature and pressure are all taken into consideration. Combined with the numerical simulation to obtain temperature and pressure in weld regions, the model can be utilized to predict the weldline strength of sequential injection molding parts. The prediction results accord well with the experimental results, which lays a theoretical foundation for specifying weldline locations by applying sequential injection molding.
