某火箭炮高低平衡机改进设计的探讨

摘    要:本文从总体布置着手,对火箭炮高低平衡机进行重新设计,采用了复式螺杆推式高低平衡机,讨论了传动三角形的确定和高低机、平衡机特性及其对定向器稳定性的影响,为取得满意的平衡曲线,采用了变刚度弹簧平衡机,并详述其设计方法。这样,保证火箭炮得到最小的不平衡力矩,且在常射角下不改变方向,从而消除了间?对密集度的影响。

Abstract:Based on the overall assignment, this paper introduces a redesign of the elevating mechanism-eguilibrator, two pushingdrive bolts with flexible stiffness springs being used. It discusses thedetermination of drive-triangle, the character isties of elevatingmechanism and equilibrator, and their effect on the stability of orien-tation equipment. The flexible stiffness spring of equilibrator is usedto gain a satisfactory balance curve. How to design the spring is des-cribed have in detai. In this way rocket launcher can obtain the minimununbalanced moment which doesnot change the direction in service eleva-tion so the effect of the clearance on firing can be eliminated.
