| 摘 要： | 从东北南部沿海港口形成的历史背景出发,阐述了东北港口体系的演变特征、港口与腹地的相关关系及港口的地位、功能的确立过程.在分析东北港口能力与结构的基础上,论证了东北路、港一体化的运输系统构建设想及未来东北港口的发展趋势.

| Abstract: | From the historical background of the coastal ports' forming in south of the Northeast, this paper explains the development characteristics of Northeast ports'system, the correlativity of ports and hinterland and the course of the status,function of ports to be radicated. On the basis of analyzing prots' capability and construct in Northeast, the paper demonstrates the conceiving of transportation system of Northeast roads and prots, along with the development trends of Northeast prots in the future. |
