科技人员科研水平评估的研究

摘    要:通过对某企业科技人员科研水平的评估,利用因子分析法对评估指标进行筛选,运用层次分析法建立评估结构系统, 并确定诸指标的权重,建立模糊优选分析的模型, 求出各评价对象的隶属度,来进行综合评判,取得较好的效果.

Abstract:This paper selects the evaluating indexes by means of factor analysis. Then it gives the evaluation structure system and determines the index weights by AHP. After that, the paper sets up the model of fuzzy optimum seeking analysis and obtains the subordination of each evaluating object in order to make synthetical judgments. With the abovementioned method, we can evaluate the scientific research standard of the scientific and technical personnel in certain enterprise and achieve good results.
