刺桩挤压成形机力学分析及其稳定性设计

摘    要:文章介绍了刺桩的基本知识及其刺桩挤压成形机的工作原理和结构特点,分析了其在不同方位的受力情况.得出了刺桩挤压成形机要平衡的条件:相邻活塞必须成60°角;液压缸按相反方向上下组装而成。为正确设计和使用刺桩挤压成形机奠定了基础。

Abstract:In the paper basic knowledge of thorn pile and the working principle characteristics are introduced in different directions. Mechanical equilibrium conditions of thorn pile are that adjacent to the piston must be each other angle of 60° and Hydraulic cylinders are assembled in the longitudinal. The paper laid the foundation for the design and use of thorn pile extrusion forming machine.
