多发性肋骨骨折手术治疗临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨镍钛记忆合金环抱式肋骨接骨板治疗多发肋骨骨折的临床效果,并分析其临床应用价值。方法以多发性肋骨骨折患者41例作为手术组,给予镍钛记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗;20例作为保守组给予保守手术治疗,比较两组的效果。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为73.3%,而且治疗组患者的平均住院时间、骨折愈合时间、疼痛时间、下床活动时间明显短于保守组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用镍钛记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折效果显著,具有操作简单、痛苦小、住院时间短及并发症发生率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of multiple fractured ribs treated by Nickle titanium portable alloy bone- juncture plate internal fixation. Methods 41 fratured rids patients in our department was the treatment group, which was treated with Nickle titanium portable alloy bone-juncture plate internal fixation. 20 patients in the control group were treated with conservative treatment. Compared the two groups clinical effect and postoperative complications. Results The total effective rate was 100%. And the effective rate of the control group was 73.3%. The average time of staying in hospital, healing time, pain time, and ambulation of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the conservative group. The difference was of statistically significance (P 〈0.05). Concluiona Nickle titanium portable alloy bone-juncture playe internal fixation, which has advantages such as simple operation, less pain, shorter hospital stay and complication rate, is a safe and efficient treatment method for multiple fractured ribs, it is worthy of clinical application.
