对田径规则、裁判方法几处争疑点的浅见

我国的田径竞赛规则和裁判方法,一直脉袭于国际田径竞赛规则和裁判方法。多年来,一直存在着许多有争疑的问题,如全能总分相等时的判别;高度项目请假后错过试跳机会的处理等等。由于规则自身的矛盾,导致认识上的不一致,造成工作上的混乱。本文对一些问题提出浅见,以期认识上的统一。并建议国际田联召开有关会议,进一步完善竞赛规则和裁判方法。

A Brief View on Dabatable Points of the Rules of Track and Field and the Method of Judging

The rules of track and field meet and the judging method of our country have always followed international rules of track and field events and judging method.For years, there have been many debatable points regarding officiating, such as how to judge a tie in decathlon, how to deal with the problem of athletes' participating in events when they have asked for leaves and missed the chances of trial jump for height events. The contradictory of the rules themselves results in a disagreement in understanding and thus causes confusion in judging. This atticle aims at putting forward brief views on some of these points, in the hope that it may bring about a common understanding. It also suggests that the International Track and Field Federation hold meetings to improve further the rules of track and field and judging method.
