现代培训理念下的安全培训教学体系研究

从我国安全培训教学工作存在的问题出发，结合以能力建设为基础的现代培训理念，研究并探讨了提高安全培训教学效果的途径和方法，提出了“教学闭环管理”思路，把培训演绎成能让学员感到身心愉悦、喜闻乐见的一种活动，同时为提高安全培训的教学质量，提供了教育科学技术的支持和保证。

The Study of Teaching System for the Training of Safety Education from the Perspective of modernistic Teaching

In this paper,the way of the Teaching effect for the Training of Safety are used to study from the Problem in China.,which combines the perspective of modernistic teaching,in particular,the thinking of closed loop in the training is put forward,not only turning the training into activity of the love to see and hear for the student,but also providing sustain and pledge about the teaching technology for the advance of Safety Education.
