| 摘 要： | 煤炭是我国重要的工业原料,煤炭工业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,又是一个特殊的、事故多发的高危行业。矿用车辆在运行中,由于超速、碰撞、线路质量等原因而发生脱轨掉道。运输事故时常发生,所以抓好轨道运输作业对矿井安全生产起着至关重要的作用。文章阐述了矿车掉道事故产生的原因及处理掉道车安全技术的措施,以达到减少运输作业事故,保障运输作业列车在安全、高效、有序状态下运行,为生产煤炭提供优质服务。
