| 摘 要： | 人力资源管理对于电力企业的发展具有极其重要的意义,文章结合电力企业人力资源管理的现状,分别从提高认识、深化人力资源体制改革、完善竞争和激励机制、做好人才评估等四个方面阐述了改善电力企业人力资源管理水平的措施,为更好的做好电力企业人力资源管理提供一些依据。
