| 摘 要： | 少儿网球训练,除了遵循一般的网球教学与训练的方法外,还要结合少儿生理和心理特点进行科学的教学与训练。文章采用文献研究法,通过少儿网球教学与训练实践,结合少儿在生理、心理等方面应注意的问题,浅谈一下少儿网球教学与训练的理论与方法。
