国企高管薪酬管理存在的问题及对策研究

摘    要:薪酬管理是现代企业人力资源管理的重要内容。改革开放三十多年来,许多国企都进行了一系列的薪酬制度改革,但依然问题重重,特别是部分国企高管薪酬过高问题引起了社会的争议。本文对国有企业高管薪酬管理的现状及其存在的问题进行了分析,并选取国有控股上市公司就其薪酬管理体系的改革提出了一些看法或建议。
