| 摘 要： | 变化的电场在其周围激起磁场,变化的磁场也在其周围激起电场,这种变化的电场和磁场会向系统周围的空间传播,这种运动着的电磁场就是电磁波。随着科技的发展,电磁波的应用越来越广泛。电磁波存在于人们的周围,对人们也存在一定的危害,电磁辐射对公众健康的危害主要是健康效应。最终鉴定其是否对人体产生有害辐射还将通过国家环保部门认证的专业监测和环境影响评价机构,根据实际测验的数据,经过专业人员综合分析评估而定。
