| 摘 要： | 贯彻落实人才强省战略和人才加速战略要求,企业在其中承担着重要的责任。按照山西省委推进转型发展、跨越发展的清晰思路和明确要求,太钢在分析现状的基础上,提出了十二五发展目标:加快建设全球最具竞争力的不锈钢企业,到2015年,营业收入达到2 000亿元以上,成为国内一流、世界著名的大型企业集团。实现这一目标,必须有一支强大的人才队伍作保障。实施人才战略,集聚人才优势,太钢人才工作为太钢实现转型跨越发展进行了有益的实践。
