| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了影响接通率的原因有交换机自身原因和人为原因。影响接通率的常见因素有用户停机、欠费、空号、锁定;被叫用户忙;振铃早释;设备拥塞等。提出提高接通率的方法:保证信道、中继、设备完好率;规范局数据、缩短接续时延;录音通知提示要准确、合理;分析七号信令消息;保证信令链路良好。
