| 摘 要： | 该工程在设计中进行了多方案对比论证,简化、优化了3座接转站、1座联合站的工艺流程,解决了长期以来因生产能力过剩、资源浪费严重、生产成本居高不下、困扰油田稳定发展的问题,使存在多年的三高一低(即生产费用高、管理费用高、维护费用高、系统效率低)的问题得到了彻底的解决。

| Abstract: | This project compared and analyzed the multiple plans during the designing stage.It simplified and optimized the process of three transferred stations and one united station.It solved the problem of production excess,energy wasting,high producing cost and disturbing stable development of oil field.And solved the problem of there-high-one-low completely(high cost,high management fees,high maintaining fees and low efficiency). |
