| 摘 要： | 文章通过对某发电厂220 kV升压站的一起违章事故案例,运用行为心理学和安全心理学的有关知识,对事故责任者的违章操作进行心理分析,揭示了安全生产管理中存在的问题,指出研究人的操作行为对安全的影响具有更重要的实际意义,得出心理学在生产管理中非常重要的结论。

| Abstract: | Based on the 220kV step-up station in a power plant accident cases with illegal,the use of behavioral psychology and the psychology of safety knowledge,those responsible for illegal operation of the accident psychological analysis,revealed safety problems in production management.Pointed out that the study of human behavior on the safety of the operation has more important practical significance,production management,psychology come to very important conclusions. |
