| 摘 要： | 张钢1350m3高炉是2010年1月28日投产运行的串罐式的新高炉,运行几个月就已实现了达产。但随生产的进行,初期建设中存在的问题也渐渐显露,再加上新工艺的新要求在初期建设中未能得到很好的完善,这些问题已成为制约生产的重要因素。针对生产中存在的问题我们采取了相应的措施,其突出问题就是上料工艺问题。文章简要介绍了张钢炼铁系统中自动化系统的构成,以及上料系统内各重要设备间的连锁关系,然后讨论了上料系统存在的问题以及对问题的分析及解决方案。
