摘    要:随着社会的发展和人们消费观念的转变,售后服务质量越来越为客户所重视。良好的售后服务体系逐渐成为企业获得竞争优势的一个重要因素,同时也成为了企业新的利润增长极。文章阐述了售后服务及其重要性,分析了目前我国纺机企业售后服务市场的现状,并就确立品牌服务战略、建立完善售后服务机制、提高人员能力素质等构建高品质售后服务体系的举措进行了论述。
