| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的今天,企业物流已呈现网络化、专业化和标准化的特征,物流成本管理已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键因素。文章通过对我国企业物流成本管理现状及存在问题的分析,提出了创新物流成本管理机制、构建物流成本管理制度、多方联动降低物流成本等改进我国企业物流成本管理的策略。
