摘    要:PP333是一种新型植物生长延缓剂,在水稻幼苗溶液培养条件下,对根系和地上部生长的效应显然不同。苗高随着PP333浓度的提高而降低,而根系生长则表现为低浓度(0.05~1.0ppm)促进,高浓度(10ppm)抑制的现象。具体表现在根冠比的增加和降低及有关生理参数的变化上。PP333对地上部的控长效应可能是通过对根系生长和根系活力(矿质吸收、能量代谢)的调节而起作用。对PP333在农业生产上的应用和施用技术进行了讨论。

Abstract:PP333 (Paclobutrazol or Multi-effect Triazole) is a new type of plant growth retardant. Under the condition that the rice seedlings are cultured in liquid media, the effect on the growth of the root is obviously different from that on the growth of the above-ground shoot. With the increase of the concentration of PP333, the growth of the rice seedling decreases. As to the growth of theroot, low concentration of PP333(0.05-1.0 ppm) can promote the growth of the root, but high concentration (10 ppm) will inhibit the root from growing up. It is shown in the increase and decrease of the root-shoot ratio and the variations of physiological indices. PP333 can control the growth of rice, perhaps, by affecting the growth of the root and its vigor(mineral absorption and energetic metabolism). The application of PP333 in agriculture and its application technology is dicussed, too.
